Ended up ordering this because the original component had worn out over time. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Part quality feels reasonable compared to original one.

Access was a little tight behind the panel while replacing the old component because the older unit needed replacement part. Cooling performance seems stable again.
