After dealing with a situation where the buttons were no longer reacting correctly, we installed this replacement part. Repair solved the original problem. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.

Connector alignment matched better than expected while replacing the old component because the refrigerator would reboot intermittently. Unit completed a full cycle without issues.
