Mounting holes lined up correctly during install while replacing the old component because the older unit needed replacement part. Noise issue disappeared after replacement.

Ended up ordering this because the older unit needed replacement part. Installation wasnt too difficult overall. No leaks or issues noticed so far. Worth verifying model number before ordering though.
