Installed this when the original component had worn out over time. Mounting holes lined up correctly during install. Appliance has been running normally since then. Repair turned out easier than expected honestly.

Ended up ordering this because the original component had worn out over time. Access was a little tight behind the panel. Noise issue disappeared after replacement. Packaging was decent and part arrived undamaged.
